The City of North Miami invites you to enjoy a free Hispanic Heritage Month merengue class on Wednesday, September 18, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at MOCA North Miami. Led by Alejandra Fontal of Miami Dance Center, the class is geared for dance enthusiasts of all levels.
