The Convention Services Department of the Miami Convention and Visitor Bureau serves as a liaison between the Meeting Planner and the community. Once your meeting is booked, the Miami Convention and Visitor Bureau becomes your "office away from home" by directing you to the resources that will assure a successful meeting. Housing Bureau

The Housing Department of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau provides a centralized reservation system for groups convening in our area. This service is provided free of charge to groups occupying a minimum of 500 guestrooms in two or more hotels.

Welcome Letters

The GMCVB can assist you with obtaining letters of welcome from local officials (Mayors, Commissioners) for your conference program or registration packets.

Publicity Materials

Promotional videos, color slides, fact sheets and press releases can be utilized to promote your upcoming meeting. We can also design a customized Hotel Locator Map for city-wide conventions for use in your registration and program materials.

Programs and Entertainment

The Convention Services staff can provide ideas for tours, cruises, local-interest speakers, music, entertainment, vendors and spouse programs, as well as the names of GMCVB members who can provide these services.
