JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you passionate about hospitality, customer service, and public safety? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The Brand Advocates seeks enthusiastic, community-minded Brand Ambassadors to represent one of our top governmental clients and help enhance the customer experience on Tri-Rail and at the new MiamiCentral Station. This position prioritizes residents from Overtown and surrounding areas and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on your local community.
Key Responsibilities
As a Brand Ambassador, you will:
Educate passengers about Tri-Rail services, safety measures, and the new MiamiCentral Station
Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service
Assist riders with fare purchasing, trip planning, and using the Tri-Rail Mobile Application
Guide passengers on accessibility options for individuals with disabilities and those who require language assistance
Answer general questions about traveling on Tri-Rail
Report station needs and malfunctions to the SFRTA Operations Center
Serve as an extension of Tri-Rail's customer service department
Schedule and Compensation
Brand Ambassadors will be scheduled seven days a week for the following shifts:
AM (Starting between 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.)
MID (11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
PM (12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)
The position offers a competitive wage of $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications and Desired Experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A solid commitment to providing excellent customer service
Effective communication skills in both English and Spanish
Basic knowledge of public transportation systems
Familiarity with smartphone applications; Tech-savvy
Awareness of safety protocols and eco-friendly practices
A friendly, engaging, and approachable demeanor
Must be Bilingual (Spanish-speaking)
Preferred qualifications include:
Familiarity with the Tri-Rail service
1-2 years prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
