This premier restaurant will be the heartbeat of our guest experience—a place where creativity, energy, and craftsmanship come together to deliver unforgettable moments. We are searching for passionate and skilled bartenders to join the ¡VIVA! Team. You’ll be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and contributing to the lively atmosphere that makes ¡VIVA! a standout destination. Responsibilities: -Bartending Excellence: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including classic cocktails, signature creations, beer, wine and mocktails. -Guest Experience: Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring guests feel welcome and engaged. -Creativity: Collaborate on seasonal menus and drink specials, incorporating new trends and guest preferences. -Bar Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, restock inventory, and monitor supplies. -Compliance: Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. -Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other team members, including barbacks, servers, and management, to ensure smooth operations. -Upselling: Recommend beverages and pairings to enhance guest experiences and drive sales. Qualifications: -Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant or lounge. -Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. -A passion for hospitality, creativity, and providing memorable guest experiences. -Must meet the legal requirements to serve alcohol (age and certifications as applicable).
