Alternative culture and Valentine's Day angst converge for an evening of live music. On Friday, February 14, the Sandbox Stage will host (he)artbr(ok)en., an event where music, drag, burlesque and alternative vibes come together for an authentic emo party experience.
The lineup features live performances by Disputer and Default Friends, alongside drag and burlesque acts by Persephone Von Lips, Circus Joshira, Sweet Charity, Sofia Luna and Alice Dee. DJ Spell will set the mood with a soundtrack of emo anthems.
Local vendors Makeshift Malice, Holy Mary and Revangeliz will be present with unique merchandise and shibari demonstrations will also be featured as part of the event's diverse programming.
