An Evening With Amir Tibon

Join award-winning Israeli journalist Amir Tibon as he discusses his new book The Gates of Gaza: A Story of Betrayal, Survival, and Hope in Israel’s Borderlands at the 2024 Miami Book Fair on Sunday, November 17. Tibon's gripping memoir recounts his family's harrowing experience during the October 2023 Hamas attack on their home in Kibbutz Nahal Oz. The book interweaves personal survival with the broader context of war, occupation and the enduring hope for peace in the region.

Attendees can also purchase a companion ticket for $15.
