An Evening with Dr. Mark Bailey and Dr. Susan Schneider comes to Books & Books in Coral Gables on Monday, March 10, featuring conversations about two new works on AI development and its future impact.

The authors will discuss their respective books: Bailey's Unknowable Minds: Philosophical Insights on AI and Autonomous Weapons, which examines the complexities of artificial intelligence in military applications, and Schneider's Artificial You: AI and the Future of Your Mind, which explores the philosophical implications of AI advancement and human consciousness.

Dr. Bailey, who serves as Department Chair for Cyber Intelligence and Data Science at the National Intelligence University, brings expertise from his work in defense and intelligence. Dr. Schneider, the NASA/Baruch Blumberg Chair of Astrobiology and Technological Innovation, offers insights from her research in philosophy and neuroscience.
