Organized in collaboration with the InterAmerican Design Association, Architectural Conference - BRUTALISM IN AMERICA: Origin & Evolution, taking place Saturday, February 8, brings together distinguished voices in architecture, art and design at the DORCAM Pop-Up Exhibition Space in CityPlace Doral.
The conference features insightful presentations by speakers Jose Luis Colmenares and Octavio De Lamo. Set against the backdrop of the Visions of Brutalism, yesterday, today & tomorrow exhibition, the event showcases works from thirteen artists and architects, including Gustavo Acosta, Nestor Arenas, Andres Cabrera-García, Iván Castillo, Karina Chechik, Alexis Cogul, Alberto Cavalieri, Ismael Gómez, Peralta, Christian Magaldi, Fior Mayoral, Rafa Muci, Michael Wolk and XTO (Chriso Gelov).
