Celestial Dance of India

Experience the ancient traditions of Indian classical dance through a mesmerizing performance by an internationally acclaimed dance ensemble. The Celestial Dance of India will take place on Saturday, April 5 at the Little Haiti Cultural Complex, featuring the renowned Odissi dance troupe Rudrakshya Foundation.

Visiting from the eastern coastal region of Odisha, India, these skilled performers bring their dedicated artistry to Miami through an evening of traditional Odissi dance. This classical dance form combines precise movements, expressive storytelling and spiritual elements, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of eastern India.

The performance serves as a fundraiser for Sacred Vedic Arts Museum & Cultural Center, a new non-profit organization in Miami dedicated to preserving and celebrating Vedic arts and culture. Attendees will also have the opportunity to view exhibitions featuring artwork by Srimati Syamarani Dasi, whose work is recognized internationally.

Doors open at 6:00 p.m., giving visitors time to explore the venue before the performance begins.
