Chef's Table Dinner Series with Francis Mallmann

This exclusive collaboration between Chef's Table and the legendary chef Francis Mallmann offers guests a rare opportunity to savor his iconic Asado feast while supporting LA Relief efforts. The evening begins with an outdoor cocktail reception in the atmospheric Mammoth Garden, followed by a meticulously crafted dinner at Los Fuegos.

The menu showcases Mallmann's signature fire-cooking techniques with dishes including Whole Ribeyes, Hung Chicken prepared using his distinctive Dome method, Salt-Crusted Wild Salmon, Smashed Potatoes and Empanadas. Each course will be complemented by fine wine selections, enhancing the communal dining experience.

As part of the broader Chef's Table Dinner Series for LA Fire Relief presented by Resy and Tock, proceeds from this event will be divided between Chef's Table restaurant partners and charities addressing the widespread impact of the recent fires on the Los Angeles community.
