Celebrate Christmas Day with a festive dining experience at Gold Coast Kitchen + Cocktails, located at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay. On Wednesday, December 25, guests can indulge in a carefully crafted menu featuring seasonal dishes designed to highlight the flavors of the season.
The appetizer selection includes a leek and potato bisque, a blue crab and corn salad, and a melon, cucumber and fig salad with prosciutto, goat cheese and tangerine dressing. For the main course, guests can choose from halibut with chorizo potato hash and shrimp hollandaise, quail with Jerusalem artichoke velouté and morel mushroom ragout, or short rib served with rosemary potatoes and baby beets.
To finish, enjoy festive desserts like eggnog crème brûlée with cranberry and candied ginger compote, or sticky toffee pudding with blood orange and ginger jam, paired with pistachio gelato. Special holiday drinks include mulled wine and a Bailey’s mint martini, perfect for toasting the season.
