District 4 Halloween Block Party

Celebrate Halloween with the community at the District 4 Halloween Block Party, hosted in the Sunkist Grove neighborhood in North Miami, on Thursday, October 31. This family-friendly event, organized by Councilman Pierre Frantz Charles, M.Ed., offers free food, music, games and a bounce house for all ages to enjoy. Held at 12665 NW 8th Ave in North Miami, the block party invites everyone to come in costume and take part in the festivities.
