EEL Tour and Volunteer Day at Arch Creek
Mar 22, 2025
From: 9:00 AM to Noon
Immerse yourself in the lush subtropical ecosystem of Miami-Dade County while contributing to vital conservation efforts. The EEL Tour and Volunteer Day at Arch Creek takes place on Saturday, March 22 at the Arch Creek & Addition Preserve. This educational experience, presented by Miami Climate 365 and Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources, offers an opportunity to learn about the region's delicate ecosystems through hands-on participation.
As part of Miami Climate Week's lineup of events, this volunteer workday invites community members to engage directly with the Environmentally Endangered Lands (EEL) Program. Participants will gain knowledge about Miami-Dade's distinctive subtropical ecosystems and native plant communities while actively helping to protect and restore these environmentally sensitive areas.
