On Thursday, November 7, Flavors of Fairchild: A Supper Club Experience returns to Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden with a focus on the Fruits of the Tropics. Executive Chef Kris Wessel will craft a four-course meal, each dish showcasing a combination of exotic ingredients, paired with bespoke cocktails that complement the intricate flavors.
In this intimate setting, attendees will not only savor the dishes but also gain insight into the tropical fruits featured on the menu. Nick Bernal of Seasons Farm Fresh, who also curated the dining experience, will guide guests through the courses, while Chef Wessel shares the culinary techniques and inspiration behind each plate.
