Forest Bathing at the Garden

Reconnect with nature at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. On Sunday, January 26, Forest Bathing at the Garden, led by neuroscientist and certified Nature and Forest Therapy guide Karina Del Punta, Ph.D., invites participants to explore a mindful and sensory-based approach to connecting with the natural world.

Through a series of calming activities, attendees will engage their senses to foster a deeper connection with themselves, others and the environment.
