Gale Wellness Grand Opening

Celebrate the grand opening of Gale Wellness, the latest addition to Downtown Miami’s fitness and relaxation scene, on Thursday, November 21, at the Gale Miami Hotel & Residences. Located on the 10th floor, Gale Wellness features a cutting-edge fitness center and a serene spa complete with massages, body treatments, a hammam, steam room and sauna. The launch event is free and open to the public, offering an evening of wellness-focused activities, exclusive experiences and a taste of the spa’s offerings.

The event begins with an athleisure runway show by Mentafit. Attendees can participate in their choice of fitness classes, including Boot Camp, Yoga or Hammam Meditation, or explore the spa’s mini-massages, hand scrubs and chair massage stations. The Wellness Market highlights local brands like Botanika Life, Coola Sunscreen and Devine Nectar, with opportunities to sample products and learn about wellness services. 

Music by DJ Hernan Gill will set the vibe as guests enjoy complimentary Spritz cocktails by Ketel One at the hotel’s new Italian restaurant, Casa Gianna. Visitors can also sign up for fitness or spa memberships during the event and receive a $200 credit toward personal training, spa treatments or retail products.

Dress in comfortable athleisure wear, bring a reusable water bottle for infused water refills, and arrive early to register for fitness classes. Discounted valet parking is available for $15, or take advantage of free public transportation at the nearby Freedom Tower Metromover station. The event is open to individuals aged 16 and up.
