Enjoy an evening of Brazilian rhythms and jazz at the Miami Beach Bandshell. Giants of Jazz presents GRAMMY®-nominated guitarist Diego Figueiredo on Friday, March 21. A master of bossa nova and samba-influenced compositions, Figueiredo crafts elegant arrangements that showcase his distinctive approach to Brazilian jazz fusion. The performance features special appearances by GRAMMY®-nominated percussionist Sammy Figueroa and flautist Magela Herrera. Considered as numbering among the world’s greatest jazz guitarists, Figueiredo has built an impressive career collaborating with renowned artists including Gilberto Gil, João Bosco, Stanley Jordan and Cyrille Aimée.
