The evening begins with a pre-dinner brewery tour at 6:30 p.m., followed by an expertly crafted five-course menu featuring dishes like Hot Honey Cured Egg, Secreto Iberico and Lamb Shank and Grits, each thoughtfully paired with The Tank's signature brews.
