Kemal Gekic

Experience the virtuosity of celebrated pianist Kemal Gekic in the closing concert of the Miami International Piano Festival Academy Concert Series. On Sunday, January 12, at the Miami Beach Woman's Club, Gekic will present a program featuring Chopin's Fantaisie-Impromptu and Barcarolle, alongside Liszt's dramatic Liebestraum No. 3 and Hungarian Rhapsody No. 2. This program also includes a showcase of Gekic's own original compositions, Prologue (2023) and Dialogues (2015).

Admission is free and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Supported by the City of Miami Beach, this performance concludes a week-long celebration of distinguished faculty from the Miami International Piano Festival Winter Academy.
