Lady Miasma: A Student Professional Production

A dark fairy tale unfolds as a peasant boy's quest reveals unexpected truths about a trapped princess and her mysterious tower. Lady Miasma: A Student Professional Production premieres at Area Stage Company in South Miami, running through April 6, with performances on Saturday and Sunday.

Set in the shadowy world of Umbra, the story follows a trail of fallen knights who sought to rescue Princess Miasma, only to discover that the true danger may lie within the princess herself. This original production represents a unique collaboration between student performers and playwright Giancarlo Rodaz, Area Stage Company's Artistic Director.

The production showcases the work of Area Stage Company's Student Professional track participants, who have been integral to the development of this new theatrical work. Their involvement spans from early script development through to the final staging, offering audiences a glimpse into emerging theatrical talent.
