Mark your calendar for Miami-Dade CountryFest and experience two action-packed days featuring the renowned International Livestock Show and Rodeo. With award-winning rodeo performances, live music, engaging kids’ zones, delectable food trucks and much more, this year’s CountryFest promises excitement for all. The festival will take place at the Ronald Reagan Equestrian Center at Tropical Park near Westchester from April 20-21.
About CountryFest
Miami-Dade CountryFest began as the Miami Agriculture, Horse and Cattle Show in 2015. Since then, the event has been an annual tradition for Miami locals and tourists. Each year, the livestock show and rodeo attract enthusiasts and professionals from around the globe for two days of excitement and country fun. Doors will open at 11 a.m. both days, with activities going on until 7 p.m.
Livestock Show & Rodeo
This year’s premier event at CountryFest will be the International Livestock Show and Rodeo. The thrilling event will feature diverse livestock breeds alongside professional rodeo competition. Experience an adrenaline-pumping schedule, including bull and bronc riding, team roping and barrel racing. A two-hour rodeo will be presented each day beginning at 3:30 p.m. While tickets are free, a limited number of guaranteed rodeo seats are available.
Shows & Cattle Auction
When you’re not taking in the excitement of the rodeo, check out the weekend’s cattle auction and shows. Witness a display of cattle from around the globe, showcasing dairy, beef and purebred cows. Engage with experts who will be available for advice and expertise on optimal animal husbandry practices and effective raising methods. The weekend’s events will feature skilled riders, thrilling competitions and daring feats.

The festival’s free general admission includes access to more than just the rodeo and shows. Below is a complete list of the activities taking place during the weekend.
Roundup Stage
Throughout the weekend, attendees can enjoy live performances by local talent at the Roundup Stage. There’ll be a variety of entertainment, including singing, dancing and comedy.
Farmville Petting Zoo
For up close and personal animal fun, visit the Farmville petting zoo, an interactive petting and feeding experience for kids and animal lovers of all ages.
Food & Bar
When hunger strikes, head to the food trucks, which will offer everything from burgers to seafood as well as refreshing beverages and cocktails. Enjoy a wide selection of dishes and drinks from local vendors.
Vendor Valley
Visit Vendor Valley, CountryFest’s western-themed market, for a treasure trove of artisanal goods. Support small local businesses and enjoy a variety of local produce, handcrafted goods, merchandise and more.
Pioneer Playzone
Experiencing CountryFest with the whole family? Pioneer Playzone is the place for exciting rides alongside nonstop activities for kids. Grab a drink and relax while the kids burn off some energy in this safe and secure play area.
VIP Saloon
Enjoy CountryFest in style at the VIP Saloon. VIP tickets will give you access to the air-conditioned saloon, which will feature an open bar and private restrooms, available all day.
What You Need To Know Before You Go
Tickets
Miami-Dade CountryFest is open to the public, and admission is free with advanced registration. Keep in mind that proof of registration will be necessary to gain free admission. For those who want to guarantee their seat for the rodeo, a limited number of $15 tickets are available. Don’t worry if you’re not able to buy a seat. The venue has plenty of viewing areas and screens positioned around the park. Additionally, VIP tickets are available if you would like access to the air-conditioned VIP Saloon.
Parking Information
The event venue, Ronald Reagan Equestrian Center, is in Tropical Park and will have ample free parking available on-site.
