Moonlit Botanicals: Watercolor Ink Workshop
This event has passed.
Discover the art of making botanical inks from plants that support our ecosystem at the Moonlit Botanicals: Watercolor Ink Workshop. Participants will learn about the ecological benefits of various plants, including their roles in storm mitigation, hydration, and sun protection. Guided by Gabriela Serra, the founder of Buenezas, attendees will gain practical experience in sustainable sourcing and preparing vibrant inks from local flora. This workshop welcomes all skill levels.
All materials will be provided, and participants will receive small samples of locally sourced botanical inks and paper to create their personal masterpieces. Eco-savvy artists are encouraged to bring personal containers for additional paint samples. Attendees will leave with new skills, handmade botanical inks and a deeper connection to the natural world.
This evening workshop takes place on Thursday, August 8, at the Vizcaya Village Garage during the Night Market.
