Moonrise: A Full Moon Dinner Experience takes place Saturday, April 12 at Preston's Market at Loews Miami Beach Hotel, offering a combination of fine dining and astronomical education.
The event features a five-course dinner inspired by April's Pink Moon, with each dish thoughtfully connected to the lunar theme. Guests will enjoy their meal on the Americana Lawn while representatives from the Frost Science Museum provide insights about lunar phenomena. The experience includes telescope viewing opportunities for close-up observation of the moon's surface as it ascends over the horizon.
The menu progresses from roasted spring vegetables with Manchego cheese through tuna crudo with strawberry, grilled Mediterranean sea bass and grilled ribeye with koji brown butter. The evening concludes with interactive Pink Moon S'mores served with tabletop mini hibachi grills.
Complementing the meal are specially selected beverages from Belvedere and Whispering Angel, enhancing this distinctive opportunity to celebrate the natural rhythm of the lunar cycle while enjoying elevated cuisine in an outdoor setting.
