Rising star Jason Joshua takes center stage at the Miami Beach Bandshell stage on Thursday, October 17, as part of The Rhythm Foundation's monthly North Beach Social series. Expect an evening of Joshua's soulful sounds, a fusion of son-montuno, boogaloo, funky Latin Soul and cinematic psychedelia.
A Miami native with Puerto Rican roots, Joshua is a multi-instrumentalist and composer, who draws inspiration from the classic sounds of Fania, Motown and Stax. His latest album, La Voz de Oro, is a bilingual release that explores themes of love, happiness, heartache, sadness and betrayal.
