Bikini, monokini, the classic one-piece … models clad in summer’s favorite fashion staple will strut the catwalk at PARAISO Miami Swim Week, ushering in the swimwear season. Commemorating its 20th anniversary, the four-day festival will feature resort collections, the latest swimwear trends, daily runway shows and exclusive events in Collins Park and throughout South Beach.
Described as a fusion of fashion week and Coachella, the globally recognized swimwear and resort wear event is the largest of its kind in the United States. More than 30,000 fashion enthusiasts from over 65 countries are expected to attend.
This year, the main runway venue, PARAISO Fashion Tent at Collins Park, will spotlight more than 15 style titans, promising newcomers, and trendsetters to watch. Among the brands unveiling collections are Miami’s own Luli Fama and Sigal. Highlights include the Summer Fashion Summit and the Swim Up-cycle Challenge.
Fashion devotees can attend any of the numerous runway presentations featuring a diverse range of styles, including a collaboration between Draw On Swimwear and Hunting Hue on Thursday and a runway show by Maaji on Sunday. Each event promises a display of glamorous swimsuit models adorned with the finest labels in swimwear, including Acacia, Axil Swim, Azulu, Chloé Rose Swimwear, Leslie Amon, Oh Polly, Nike Swim, PQ Swim, Seafolly, Shan and Sinesia Karol.
