Sound Altar: A 5-Year Retrospective of Miami Sound Space

Step into a reflective and celebratory evening at the historic Vizcaya Museum & Gardens on Wednesday, October 30, for Sound Altar: A 5-Year Retrospective of Miami Sound Space. This event commemorates five years of artistic collaborations that have shaped Miami’s vibrant cultural landscape.
The evening will feature scheduled performances, beginning with welcome remarks at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Miami Sound Choir at 6:40 p.m. Electronic duo Afrobeta will take the stage at 8:00 p.m., before closing remarks at 8:30 p.m. Throughout the night, attendees can enjoy a variety of ongoing activities, including a video loop from Bluebirds, a Threshold Singers demonstration, an immersive audio experience and a dance presentation by Pioneer Winter Collective. Additionally, guests can engage with O, Miami's tarot poems.
