Celebrate spring with an engaging mix of railroad history and seasonal festivities for the whole family. The Spring Into Easter Festival takes place at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum on Saturday, April 12, offering visitors a blend of train-themed experiences and Easter celebrations.
Attendees can explore the museum's impressive collection of over 40 historic railcars, including the renowned "Ferdinand Magellan" Presidential Railcar (U.S. Car No. 1), while participating in festival activities. The event features train rides throughout the day, Easter egg hunts for younger visitors and food options.
The Gold Coast Railroad Museum, located adjacent to Zoo Miami, provides an educational backdrop for this spring celebration through its dedication to railroad preservation and history. In addition to the festival activities, visitors can experience the museum's model train room and interactive displays.
