Starting at noon on November 28, this $155 prix fixe menu by Chef Alain Verzeroli invites diners to savor a choice of starter, including golden beet salad with whipped goat cheese, a velvety cauliflower velouté or seared scallops with carrot reduction. For the main course, select from Faroe Island salmon in an orange-saffron reduction, Angus beef bavette with leek soubise, or organic turkey served with traditional stuffing and roasted root vegetables. Each table is treated to sides of fried Brussels sprouts, mushroom stuffing and Robuchon’s renowned mashed potatoes.
