Thanksgiving Prix Fixe Menu at Stiltsville

Celebrate Thanksgiving with a coastal twist at Stiltsville Fish Bar on Thursday, November 28, starting at 4:00 p.m. Located in the Sunset Harbor neighborhood, Stiltsville Fish Bar offers a Thanksgiving prix fixe menu designed by renowned chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth, known for their dedication to quality seafood and locally inspired dishes. Priced at $65 per person, the four-course family-style menu begins with miso honey butter rolls, coconut shrimp and conch fritters. The meal continues with a smoked fish dip and a warm Brussels sprout and pear salad, followed by a choice of main dishes including a traditional turkey plate, scallop and pork belly,or a whole local yellow snapper. The meal concludes with a shared slice of key lime pie. For those seeking more options, the regular dinner menu will also be available a la carte.
