Soulful jazz fusion and on stage chemistry take center stage as part of Miami Beach's weekly concert series. The Harden Project brings their distinctive sound to Lummus Park on Sunday, April 6 at 5 p.m., as part of the Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series presented by the Ocean Drive Association.
The ensemble features vocalist Ja'Nia Harden and keyboardist John Harden II, whose musical partnership showcases influences ranging from Bobby McFerrin and Dinah Washington to Robert Glasper. Their groove-filled repertoire spans multiple genres, including jazz and soul.
Attendees are encouraged to bring picnic blankets or lawn chairs to enjoy the free outdoor concert, which takes place between 14th Street and 14th Place. In case of inclement weather, the performance will move to The Betsy Hotel.
The Ocean Drive Promenade Music Series is made possible through support from The City of Miami Beach, The Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau and The Ocean Drive Association. These free concerts occur every Sunday, offering weekly opportunities to experience live music in one of Miami Beach's signature public spaces.
