The event kicks off at 6:30 p.m. with a panel discussion moderated by the award-winning media personality, Supa Cindy. The discussion brings together award-winning fashion designer Lila Nikole, whose iconic designs are currently on display at the museum, and Bronx-born DJ and producer Rob Dinero. Together, they'll delve into the symbiotic relationship between these creative forces, exploring how hip hop fashion and music inspire and influence each other.
Following the discussion, Lila Nikole will unveil a limited-edition, reversible bucket hat designed exclusively for the event. Attendees will have first dibs on owning this piece of hip hop fashion history. Live music by DJ Dinero and complimentary cocktails by Lalo Tequila round out the evening.
