Twilight Forest Bathing: Miami Climate Week
Mar 27, 2025
From: 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Reconnect with nature's healing rhythms while experiencing a botanical oasis during the quieter evening hours. Twilight Forest Bathing at The Garden: Miami Climate Week will be held on Thursday, March 27 at the Miami Beach Botanical Garden.
The session will be led by Karina Del Punta, Ph.D., a neuroscientist and founder of neuroXnature, who applies her expertise in sensory perception to facilitate mindful nature engagement. This special after-hours event allows participants to experience the garden's natural environment without daytime crowds, creating optimal conditions for sensory immersion and contemplation.
Participants will be guided through a series of gentle sensory exercises designed to enhance awareness, expand perceptual capabilities and foster a deeper connection with the natural world. The practice draws on scientific evidence of nature's positive effects on mental and physical wellbeing.
This event represents a collaboration between Miami Climate Week, Miami Women's Month, Power2Voice, the Argentine Consulate in Miami and the Miami Beach Botanical Garden. As part of these initiatives, the session is offered at a reduced rate of $50, compared to the regular $75 fee.
Convenient parking is available at the Miami Beach Convention Center Parking Garage adjacent to the garden, costing $2 per hour with validation from the Garden's Botanical Boutique.
