Experience authentic Mexican street food at Miami Beach's iconic wellness destination. Uptown 66 Pop Up will bring bold, fresh flavors to The Standard Spa on Tuesdays from March 18 through April 8.
Chef Nuno will showcase his culinary expertise through a diverse menu featuring both traditional favorites and creative interpretations. Highlights include richly flavored Birria Tacos made with slow-cooked beef oxtail, short rib and cheek; refreshing Tuna Tostadas with yellowfin tuna, avocado and crisp vegetables; and indulgent desserts like Vanilla Bean Flan and chocolate-dipped Churros.
The menu balances hearty meat options such as Barbacoa and Al Pastor tacos with seafood specialties including Shrimp Tacos and fresh oysters served with passion fruit cocktail sauce. Shareable starters like Guacamole & Chips, Elote Dorados, and loaded Uptown Nachos round out the dining experience.
This four-week culinary series represents a collaborative effort between The Standard Spa and Uptown 66. Early arrival is recommended as the event is expected to draw significant attendance. Valet parking is available starting at $35.
