The Lover's Tasting Menu, available from 5 p.m. to midnight, offers a sophisticated dining experience at $250 per person. The menu features a premium land and seafood platter highlighting Wagyu beef, sansho pepper-marinated lobster and scallops, accompanied by sides such as asparagus in smoked creamy ponzu sauce. Each couple receives a bottle of Laurent Perrier Cuvée Rosé champagne, and the evening concludes with a Valentine's dessert platter featuring a shareable candy apple centerpiece.
For those seeking a different Valentine's Day experience, Tides of Temptation begins at 9 p.m., transforming the restaurant's underwater-themed setting into a high-energy celebration. This evening event welcomes singles and couples alike, featuring specialty cocktails and entertainment that continues late into the night.
