Indulge in an elegant evening inspired by the romance of the Italian coast at Mirabella in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. On Friday, February 14, Valentine’s Day Dinner at Mirabella offers a thoughtfully crafted prix fixe menu designed to create a memorable culinary experience.
The multi-course menu begins with an aphrodisiac amuse of oysters, followed by dishes such as Bramata polenta, saffron gnocchetti and a choice of filet mignon or Dover sole. The evening concludes with a decadent pistachio love bomb dessert. For an elevated experience, guests can opt for a custom wine pairing featuring four hand-selected vintages chosen by the sommelier to complement the flavors of each course.
