Viewpoints: Photographs from the EFE Archive
This event has passed.
Discover impactful photographs of the most iconic events and personalities of recent history at MOAD's upcoming exhibit Viewpoints: Photographs from the EFE Archive. Founded in 1939, EFE is the world's largest Spanish-language international news agency with a staff of award-winning photojournalists that have candidly captured and documented the people and places that made headlines. The exhibition features a collection of striking images that were donated to the Lynn and Louis Wolfson II Florida Moving Image Archives. The featured selection of photographs highlights new perspectives on controversial or celebrated characters, places, and events, opening the eyes of audiences to perhaps unfamiliar moments of international, American, and Hispanic culture and history.
The exhibit will be on view at the North Campus from September 25 through January 24 on select dates. Gallery hours are 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Wednesday, and the second Saturday of every month.
