The Women & Girls Empowerment Luncheon, presented by The Community Health and Empowerment Network, Inc., takes place on Sunday, March 9 from 10:00 a.m. to noon at Barry University in Miami Shores.
This Hawaiian-themed event, Maluhia: Empowered Bodies, Empowered Minds, creates a welcoming space for women to explore and discuss important aspects of their well-being. Guest speakers will share insights and practical guidance on sexual and mental health, helping participants develop a stronger connection with their physical and emotional selves.
The program features educational presentations, including Getting Lei'd Safely, alongside interactive activities designed to build confidence and community. Attendees can participate in engaging games and activities, with opportunities to win prizes throughout the event.
