Fluid movement and mindful practice combine against the backdrop of a vibrant art installation. Yoga by Ahana Sunday Service at Marta Minujin: Dreamscape takes place Sunday, March 30 at Jungle Plaza in the Miami Design District.
Led by instructor Nikkie Rodriguez, this one-hour session features vinyasa style yoga with creative sequencing, complemented by chanting and meditation techniques. The class welcomes participants of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
The setting enhances the experience, as attendees will practice within the visual context of Dreamscape, Marta Minujin's first public art project in Miami.
