In addition to a 24-hour market that sells healthy snacks and grab-and-go items, Cork & Kale restaurant offers gluten-free and heart-healthy choices as well as desserts, made-to-order smoothies and organic signature cocktails. Start the day in a healthy way with a veggie-stuffed, egg-white omelet, or sip the signature refresher, a kale and cucumber tonic. You can carb-load with braised short ribs that are finished with a mushroom ragout and served with sautéed spinach and kale, or keep it lean with salmon topped with a citrus pico and toasted quinoa. During the week, from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m., the restaurant offers guests 2-for-1 drinks with 25-percent off appetizers. Think cocktails made with fresh juices like a berry mojito or a cucumber mule.
