Hyatt Regency Miami
Hotels
Our top priority for welcoming guests and colleagues back to Hyatt properties is doing it safely, with your wellbeing in mind.
Guided by our purpose of care and experience delivering world-class hospitality for more than 60 years, Hyatt's Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment builds on our existing rigorous safety and cleanliness protocols and includes:
Whether it’s a business or leisure trip, your time is precious. There’s nothing like the ease of hopping on transportation directly at your hotel, or simply walking to your conference site and main attractions — and, that’s just what the newly revamped Hyatt Regency Miami offers its guests. Overlooking the Miami River in the heart of Downtown Miami, the hotel caters to business travelers and those who want to explore the bustling area, but still have the luxury of retreating to a relaxed environment. With a prime location, coveted views of the Miami River, and two floors of meeting space, it’s an environment to connect and network with others.
Easy Access
Here’s where the easy access comes in: The hotel is conveniently connected to the James L. Knight Center, where there is always an exciting line-up of conferences, concerts, comedy festivals, plays and so much more. The hotel is also linked to the Metromover – free transportation that easily zips riders around Brickell and Downtown. Guests can walk from the hotel to local attractions like the Miami Riverwalk and the Silverspot Cinema, and it’s just minutes from Port Miami and Bayside Marketplace. If you want to see Miami from a different perspective, hop on the Water Taxi Miami that stops at the hotel and shuttles guests through the turquoise water to hot spots like South Beach.
In Living Color
There’s nothing stodgy about this business hotel — everything is light and bright. Enter the newly revamped lobby, decked out in a modern design with soothing beige colors and pops of teal, to reach a check-in desk with a backsplash of floor-to-wall, vibrant colors. The brilliant new renovations were inspired by a stunning art piece in the lobby’s Palm Court (an area lined with beautiful palm trees), a towering art installation named “Agam” by Israeli artist Yaacov Agam. The white accordion-pleated sculpture is dotted with color, and the glass windows located above the structure allows light to cheerfully pour in the room. Those vivid colors flow throughout the hotel’s lounge areas, Riverwalk Café and Pure Verde Lounge, which like its name, glows in green and orange. Who doesn’t want to be surrounded by energizing bright colors when they’re working?
Rooms With A View
With 615 rooms, guests can choose from doubles to suites with city or river views. Those who are there for the views should book one of the Panoramic Suites — uniquely shaped rooms with walls of windows that offer jaw-dropping views of Miami. Expect comfy beds that Hyatt is known for, spacious bathrooms, a desk area, and rooms equipped with additional outlets for all your gadgets and noise cancelling machines.
On-Property Perks
Guests who are in a hurry (hello, 7 a.m. meetings) can stop in the Market for grab-and-go items like Starbucks coffee, yogurt and snacks, along with hot sandwiches such as the popular buffalo grilled cheese sandwich and a classic Cuban sandwich, and pizzas where you can choose your own toppings. The Market also offers things you may have forgotten from home. For a more leisurely breakfast, join other hungry business people at Riverview Grill for a build-your-own omelet station and crepe station, full breakfast buffet and an la carte menu; then enjoy a lunch or dinner at Riverview Bar & Grill for American cuisine with Latin fusion and stunning views of the Miami River. As the energetic music pumps, indulge in a juicy burger, mojo pork tacos, salads (the Brazilian salad with Miami avocados, hearts of palm, mango and other Florida fruits is a big hit) or tender churrasco steak. Also, peruse the bar menu for new themed cocktails each month.
For those visiting the hotel for leisure, expect fun programming like wine tastings, seasonal events such as pool parties and karaoke in the lobby. When it comes to what to do on-property, float in the heated outdoor swimming pool, work up a sweat at the 24-hour fitness center, and if you’re a runner, ask for a map that will guide you along the Riverwalk path to peep art pieces and to run under the Brickell Avenue Bridge. Even if you have a business conference, you can pretend like you’re on vacation — it’s the way we like to live in Miami.
