The Black Hospitality Initiative, based in Miami, Florida, is dedicated to increasing the workforce participation of African Americans and Blacks of African descent in the Greater Miami visitor industry. 

Through scholarship awards, talent development, and job connection programs, we are working together to help students achieve their full potential and contribute to the vibrant hospitality sector in our community.
