An afternoon of dance, conversation and Italian-inspired flavors comes to the historic Miami Beach Woman’s Club with a special preview event presented by Dance NOW! The Afternoon Aperitivo, taking place on Sunday, May 4, offers a first look at Terra Mia | My Land, a new work by Co-Director Diego Salterini, featuring original music by composer and longtime collaborator Federico Bonacossa.
The program begins with a casual aperitivo at 4:00 p.m., followed by a performance and artist talk-back from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Audiences will experience excerpts from the upcoming world premiere, along with selections from the company’s 25-year repertoire. Salterini and Bonacossa will reflect on their Italian roots, artistic partnership and the creative process behind this new homage to their homeland.
Tickets include one Aperol Spritz and a selection of Mediterranean snacks. Proceeds support Dance NOW!’s 25th Anniversary Season. Attendees are encouraged to use rideshare services or park at the nearby Collins Park Garage, as no on-site parking is available.
