International performers unite to present a thought-provoking theatrical exploration through theater and music. The Casandra IX International Women's Festival continues on Sunday, March 16 at the Sandrell Rivers Theater with Las Horas Oscuras del Fenix (The Dark Hours of the Phoenix), performed with English subtitles.
Presented by Antiheroes Project, this performance features an ensemble cast including Belén Curiuni, José Manuel Dominguez, Raydel Casas, Yamilet Pedro and Yusan Mulet, with musical accompaniment by Yamilet Pedro.
The production is part of a broader festival celebration honoring women's voices in theater arts, inspired by the mythological figure Casandra. Through various artistic mediums including theatrical plays, dramatic readings, concerts, workshops and exhibitions, the festival creates a platform for international female artists to showcase their creative vision.
