Savor an exclusive evening of exceptional wines paired with innovative coastal Italian cuisine in an intimate setting overlooking the Atlantic. Cellar 1954 Presents Honig Vineyard & Winery takes place Thursday, February 27 at 7 p.m. at Mirabella in the Fontainebleau Miami Beach.
The dinner showcases wines from the family-owned Honig Vineyard and Winery of Rutherford, California, known for their commitment to sustainable winegrowing practices. Executive Chef Paul Keyer has crafted a sophisticated menu featuring fresh seafood and premium cuts, including Hiramasa tartare with Sicilian pistachio and Meyer lemon, halibut cioppino with clams and sunchoke crema, and A-5 Miyazaki snow aged NY Strip with black truffles. The experience concludes with a ricotta tart accompanied by compressed pear and pistachio gelato.
This intimate wine dinner is part of Fontainebleau Miami Beach's acclaimed Cellar 1954 series. Reservations are required and priced at $195 per person, available online.
