This inaugural event in the Chef's Table at The Hub series welcomes acclaimed chef, cookbook author and TV personality Eden Grinshpan as she introduces her second cookbook, Tahini Baby. Known for her relatability and bold, vegetable-forward cooking style, Grinshpan will present her latest collection of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-inspired recipes that bring fresh flavors and accessibility to the home kitchen.

Grinshpan brings impressive credentials to the table, having earned her culinary degree at Le Cordon Bleu in London before exploring cuisines across Europe, India, Southeast Asia and Israel. Her culinary journey led to hosting shows including Eden Eats for the Cooking Channel and Top Chef Canada, establishing her as a respected voice in food media.

During the event, attendees will hear Grinshpan discuss her cookbook development process and how she balances her roles as cookbook author, TV personality and mother. Following the presentation, guests have the option to purchase tickets for an intimate dinner featuring dishes curated by Grinshpan from her new cookbook.
