Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a rooftop experience that blends festive flavors, craft cocktails and panoramic views of Miami’s skyline. Cinco de Mayo at TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant takes place May 4–5 at W Miami, offering a weekend-long culinary celebration high above Brickell.
Executive Chef Francisco Merizalde and Sous Chef Damian Hernandez have created a special Mexican Plato Fuerte menu for the occasion, featuring a sizzling quesadilla served with Mexican rice, refried beans and a side Caesar salad. The meal is available during both lunch (11 a.m.–5 p.m.) and dinner (7 p.m.–10 p.m.) service, and concludes with a traditional dessert of churros with huitlacoche.
The bar team complements the menu with a selection of $18 Cinco de Mayo cocktails, including inventive takes like the Mexican Old Fashioned and Mule de Mayo, crafted with premium tequilas and distinctive flavor profiles.
Live DJ sets featuring Mexican artists and music will provide the weekend’s soundtrack. The rooftop venue offers a stylish backdrop for guests looking to enjoy a festive yet refined dining experience.
The prix-fixe menu is $40 per person, excluding tax and service charges. Reservations are strongly encouraged.
