Clean Miami Beach: Beach Cleanup with Oceanic Global

Lend a hand at an early evening effort to keep Miami Beach’s coastal environment trash-free. The Beach Cleanup with Oceanic Global will take place on Saturday, April 26, at 14th Street Beach, presented by Clean Miami Beach in partnership with Oceanic Global and Corona USA.

Participants will assist with collecting litter and marine debris from the shoreline and surrounding areas, helping prevent microplastics and waste from entering the ocean. The event begins with opening remarks and ends with impact sorting and a community recap. Cleanup supplies—including gloves and buckets—will be provided, but volunteers are encouraged to wear closed-toe shoes, bring a reusable water bottle and dress comfortably for working along the dunes.

Volunteers will meet behind 14th Street Beach—just look for the turtle flag near the oceanfront. Community service hours are available for those who arrive on time. While limited street parking and a nearby municipal garage are options, public transportation is encouraged. The cleanup is open to all ages.
