Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami: Don Quixote Suite

The Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami brings its annual Grand Gala performance to The Fillmore Miami Beach with a presentation of Don Quixote Suite. This evening of classical ballet, scheduled for Saturday, May 31, highlights the company’s dedication to preserving the Cuban ballet tradition in South Florida.

Under the artistic direction of Eriberto Jimenez, the performance will feature Cuban principal dancers alongside CCBM soloists and corps de ballet. Inspired by Cervantes’ iconic novel, Don Quixote Suite follows the whimsical journey of the title character, a delusional knight-errant in pursuit of chivalric ideals, brought to life through expressive choreography and vibrant staging.

The program will also include a selection of notable works from the classical repertoire in the first half of the evening.
