Join the Miami International Piano Festival for an evening of world class performances as part of the annual Discovery Series. Russian pianist Dmitry Yudin will make his debut on March 1 at The Wolfsonian - FIU in Miami Beach. His program will include works by Beethoven, Brahms, Mendelssohn, Medtner and Corigliano, offering a diverse and compelling musical experience.
Dmitry Yudin, born in Moscow in 2001, has been recognized for his exceptional technique and musicality from a young age. He began his studies at the Moscow Gnessins School of Music under Professor Lydia Grigoryeva and is currently a full-scholarship student at the Manhattan School of Music in New York, studying with Prof. Horacio Gutierrez. Throughout his career, Yudin has earned multiple accolades, including first prizes at the E-Muse International Music Competition and the International Scriabin Piano Competition.
Yudin has performed internationally, playing on renowned stages in cities such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, New York, Paris,and Vienna. He has collaborated with various orchestras, including the St. Petersburg State Academic Symphony Orchestra and the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia. His concert experience is complemented by participation in prestigious masterclasses with notable pianists and conductors.
