Earth Day Drive-Thru Tree Giveaway

Celebrate Earth Day by participating in a community tree adoption event that helps beautify local neighborhoods while combating climate change. The Keep Miami Gardens Beautiful Earth Day Drive-Thru Tree Giveaway will take place on Saturday, April 26, starting at 8:30 a.m. at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex.

Miami Gardens residents can select up to two trees—one fruit tree and one native tree—from a diverse collection that includes avocado, mango, barbados cherry, sour sop, silver buttonwood and black bead, among others. This initiative supports the city's ongoing environmental efforts while providing residents with valuable additions to their properties.

Trees available at the event contribute to improved air quality, enhanced streetscapes and sustainable food sources. The drive-thru format allows for efficient distribution while ensuring all participants can participate safely.
